As a leader in medium to high volume metal stampings and high-quality sheet metal assemblies, we collaborate with our customers to help them develop solutions that are high quality and cost effective, with engineering and manufacturing leadership, all done locally in our Wisconsin facilities.
Our process begins with an idea, a need, or an obstacle. Our customers challenge us to design and manufacture a customized solution that is faster to market and more cost effective than ever before, while improving quality.
From concept through production, to ongoing service, we manage a part through its entire life cycle. We collaborate with our customers to develop solutions that give them a competitive advantage.
We have OPEN CAPACITY for your Precision Machining needs!!
Our mission is to ensure a smooth transition from your concept to full production. We have what it takes to quickly incorporate your design into a finished product…..from purchasing raw stock, performing all machining operations, welding, heat treating and plating, to final assembly of components ready for packaging.
Competitive Pricing & Quick Turnaround
Specializing in screw machine products and CNC precision machined products for over 75 years, our manufacturers provide high-quality precision parts and sub-assemblies for your prototype or production needs, at competitive prices with quick turnaround times.
Wide Array of Value-Added Offerings and Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machining
*Anodizing, Bending, Broaching, Fabricating, Flattening, Grinding, Heat Treating, Material Sourcing, Mechanical Assembly, Packaging, Painting, Washing, Plating, Threading, Welding* We consider Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machines to be the ultimate solution for production of high volume turned parts requiring secondary operations or machining on opposite internal ends of the part.
We offer a one-stop solution for value-added aluminum extrusions, focused inventory plans resulting in greater cost controls, quality improvement ideas due to extensive product and process knowledge, and lead time reduction utilizing our lean manufacturing principles.
Aluminum’s natural metallic and reflective appearance can add an aesthetically pleasing look to your assembly. Combine this with the seamless nature of extrusions, the complexity of the design, the corrosion-resistant nature of aluminum, and its ability to accept a wide range of finishes – aluminum extrusions offer advantages unmatched by other materials and processes.
Anodizing occurs within the aluminum, becoming an integral part of the surface. An anodized surface is durable, it does not peel, and it is resistant to corrosion. Anodizing prevents further oxidation from occurring and therefore extends the life of the product.
We represent KMC Stampings, a leader in medium to high volume metal stampings, and collaborate with our customers to help them develop solutions that are high quality and cost effective, with engineering and manufacturing leadership, all done locally in our Wisconsin facilities.

We are a globally competitive supplier of high volume precision machined parts that have multiple secondary operations. We consider Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machines to be the ultimate solution for production of high volume turned parts requiring secondary operations or machining on opposite internal ends of the part. Hydromats feature up to 16 horizontal machining stations and up to 8 vertical machining stations. These transfer machines produce close tolerance, complex machined parts in mere seconds. We recently helped a customer save over $100,000 dollars by eliminating multiple secondary operations and producing the part complete on our Hydromat. Let us prove to you that we can offer you savings as well!!
